| Planning a Visit
One you have made a booking we will arrange a convenient time for you to meet with us to discuss your objectives and create a suitable programme of activites (see below) and fieldwork sites. To help us do this please complete and return the planning form to us prior to our meeting.

Stage 2
Our activites are cross-curricular and support a variety fo subjects including geography, science, english, history, citizenship, mathematics, art & design, design & technology and PSHE. Our programmes are very much 'holistic' with an emphasis on participation, green lifestyles, cooperation and respect for both people and places. Visiting children can become involved with cooking, clearing up, gardening and Eco-Centre tasks.
'A'
Level
The courses we offer cover the basic sampling and statistical
techniques of fieldwork in 'classic' environments, equipping students
with the necessary skills and concepts for extended coursework
investigations. They also give first hand experience of processes,
habitats and landscapes providing the vital link between textbook
theory and reality.
Our residential courses have a number of outcomes:

Courses are also offered at Wells Field Study Centre
covering a wide range of topics tailored to your requirements.
Other
Groups (e.g. special interest, junior youth groups, Universities, Adult
Education) may also hire the Centre subject to
availability. These can be on a Centre taught or self taught basis.Please contact
